An Elderly woman was standing in the lobby of Anaheim Tower West looking lost and confused. I stopped and asked her if I could help. She said that she was here to pay her telephone bill. I explained that this was the electric utility and not the telephone company.
I walked her into our customer service center and we sat down at a booth. With a phone call to the telephone company we were able to pay the bill over the phone. Spending that time with her, I learned she lives in a retirement home had taken 3 buses to get here. I got the number of the retirement home she lived at and they sent a van to pick her up. Apparently she often makes excursions away from the home.
