A Helping Hand

While getting gas, there was this older man walking from car to car asking for money. He finally approached my car and asked if I had any spare change as he had just ran out of gas and needed to get home to Westminster. Of course, in today's time, I am extremely leery of giving money to people and generally will not. Something pulled me to assist him, hoping that this would indeed be used towards gas and nothing else. I gave him a $5.00 bill and told him to have a nice day. He looked shocked and told me that my kindness would one day be rewarded.

I took my time getting gas and stalled at the corner to see if he was truly getting gas. To my actual surprise, he pushed his car up to a pump and got gas.
