Yesterday I was driving north on Anaheim Boulevard and noticed one of our Code Enforcement trucks was pulled over with the lights on. As I approached, I recognized Code Enforcement Officer Ken Marsh standing on the sidewalk with an elderly woman. This seemed like an odd scenario for a Code Enforcement officer, so this morning I saw Ken and asked him about what I saw. He said that he saw the woman parked on the side of the road and it appeared she needed help. Ken pulled over and the woman indicated that she was having car troubles. She was frightened and did not feel secure. Ken talked with the woman and told her he would stay with her until the Automobile Club arrived. This is a great demonstration of kindness and customer service.
