  1. File a Claim

    In accordance with section 1.12.060 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, certain claims filed against the City of Anaheim must be filed with City Clerk. To file a claim, please download the form, complete all required fields and personally deliver or mail your original form to the City Clerk. You may also contact the City Clerk's office and request a form be mailed to you.

  5. Appeal of Planning Commission Decision

    Form for an appeal of any action taken by the Planning Commission regarding Reclassifications, Conditional Use Permits, Variances, Public Convenience or Necessity Determinations, Tentative Tract and Parcel Maps must be filed within 10 calendar days of the Planning Commission meeting at which such action took place.
