The Records Bureau provides a vital service to the community.  Utilizing a sophisticated records management system, we are responsible for collecting, maintaining, and distributing all police reports and related records. The Records Bureau can be reached 7 days a week between 6:00 a.m. and 12:45 a.m. at (714) 765-1990.
  1. Alarm Permits

    The Anaheim Police Department has a Burglary Alarm Permit, which is required for any alarm installation in Anaheim, that provides valuable information to Police Dispatchers that can be relayed to responding Officers.

  2. File a Police Report

    The Anaheim Police Department Reporting System allows you to submit a report immediately for a variety incidents and print a copy of the police report for free.

  3. Public Records Request - Calls for Service

    Requests may be submitted for a call for service at a specific location, a location over a time frame or types of calls/incidents.

  4. Request a Copy of a Police Report

    Police report requests submitted to the Anaheim Police Department will be processed according to the California Public Records Act (CPRA) and many may be exempt from disclosure. Please be advised that not all requests for reports will be granted.

  5. Traffic Accident Reports

    The Anaheim Police Department Accident Report Database allows you to search for any non-injury accident report. All reports take a minimum of 10 working days from the date of the accident to become available online.
