Twitter is a FREE social networking tool that allows users to send and read messages of up to 140 characters via text (SMS) or twitter.com.
In order for 311 to begin receiving your requests, click on Follow Anaheim311 above. Once Anaheim311 receives the request, Anaheim311 will request to follow you in order to establish a two-way communication. The two-way communication (you follow Anaheim311, and Anaheim311 follows you) should be established first to communicate directly with Anaheim311 via a direct message.
Send your direct message request to Anaheim311 by texting “d Anaheim311” followed by your service request to 40404.
