The Maple Tree Neighborhood Residential Street Improvement Project will restore surface integrity, improve pavement driving surface and beautify the neighborhood. This neighborhood is bordered by Santiago Blvd to the north, Peralta Hills to the east, Nohl Ranch to the south, and Pepper Hill to the west.
As part of this project, 44,066 square feet of pavement will be replaced. Additionally, new pavement markings will be painted and new street signs will be installed. The total project cost is $352,000.
