The workshop will be led by Sean McCrady, Vice President for Healthy Buildings by UL’s Indoor Environmental Quality Division. Mr. McCrady has over 20 years of experience and provides project coordination and management for specialized investigations including ASHRAE Standard 188 Legionella Risk Assessments and Water Management Plan development, Mold and Moisture Control Programs for New Construction, Property Acquisition Due Diligence Inspections, Infection Control and Environmental Quality Assurance Programs for hospitals, and Terrorism Vulnerability Assessments.
