Submission of Forms
Effective January 1, 2013, the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) CUPA is no longer able to accept submission of hard copy forms. All electronic reporting of required information to this agency must be performed through the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).

The CUPA uploaded current information from its database into CERS in April 2013 as a starting point or draft for their Anaheim facilities. The first step in accessing this information is to request a user name and access to CERS.
