Ask the Experts: The Road to Homeownership at Central

What are the steps that you need to take to buy a home? How much house can you afford? How much are monthly payments? Do you qualify for down payment and/or closing cost assistance? Do you need to have perfect credit to buy a home? Join a panel of real estate experts at this home buyers class to learn how to buy your first home or return to homeownership after a period of renting. The class will include a live demonstration of a first time buyer portal showcasing first time buyer assistance programs, and, following the panel discussion, laptops will be available for attendees to search the first time buyer portal for buyer assistance programs for which they may qualify. The class will include a Q&A session as well as offer an opportunity to visit with realtors (English and Spanish-speaking), a loan officer, and a credit repair specialist.
