ANAHEIM, Calif. (Nov. 2, 2015) - The latest in video technology - glasses-free 3D viewing - is featured at ARTIC this month for the debut of an educational film highlighting the ecofriendly elements utilized during and following construction of the award-winning transportation hub. The 20-minute video will loop during hours of operations (4:30 a.m. - midnight) in a specially designed mini-ARTIC theater on the first floor.
The movie, presented by the city of Anaheim, Avalanche 3D Entertainment and Inception Digital, provides an excellent opportunity for students of all ages to learn about ARTIC's LEED Platinum design, including water and power savings, recycling, and more. The month-long presentation will be showcased in Ultra-D, a cutting-edge technology that allows viewers to watch the film in 3D ... without glasses. It will mark one of the first public installations of an Ultra-D 4K screen anywhere in the United States.
