|Anaheim Rapid Connection Transportation System Solicits Bids For Project Manager|
ANAHEIM, CA - (June 9, 2011) - The City of Anaheim is soliciting Requests for Proposals from Consultants interested in providing services for the Anaheim Rapid Connection (ARC) Fixed-Guideway Project. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is for a New Starts Project Manager (PM) to provide consultant services for ARC project development activities, including but not limited to, preparing application materials for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) New Starts Funding, that must be completed before requesting FTA approval to enter into the Preliminary Engineering phase of the project (referred to as "Pre-PE" activities).
Consultants interested in submitting proposals are encouraged to attend a Pre-Submittal Conference to be held on Thursday, June 16 at 10:30 a.m. at the City of Anaheim Gordon Hoyt Conference Center (201 S. Anaheim Blvd., 2nd floor, Anaheim, CA 92805). Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is not mandatory, but recommended. The deadline for submission of proposals is July 8 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
