ANAHEIM, CA - (March 12, 2012) - The Anaheim Mayor and City Council have initiated a recruitment process for a new City Manager, and Council members are interested in obtaining feedback from the community to guide the recruitment and selection strategies.
Effective immediately through April 6, Anaheim residents can participate in an online survey. The survey will take just a few minutes to complete, and can be accessed by clicking here. “Recruiting for a City Manager position requires careful consideration, and we are inviting Anaheim residents to provide their valued input in this brief survey. Anaheim is a city offering excellent residential living, a strong business sector, as well as a vibrant convention, sports and entertainment industry. We value the input of our residents as we move forward in the selection process,” said Anaheim Mayor Tom Tait. The survey link will remain on the City’s website through April 6. The City Council will review the results of the survey before interviewing the finalists in approximately eight weeks. The Council hopes to have the selection process completed by late spring.
