This section contains standards for the construction and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution, transmission, telecommunications, and street lighting systems, owned and operated by the City of Anaheim, Public Utilities Department.
Construction standards are developed and maintained to provide defined requirements to unify the procedures of design, construction, and operation in accordance with the City of Anaheim’s standard methods and practices.
