LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) -- Anaheim residents could qualify to receive financial assistance to help pay their utility bill and other energy needs. To be eligible for LIHEAP, your household income must be less than $47,200 for a family of four. If you or your family meets this criterion, please contact our Community Action Partnership (CAP) for more information and qualification guidelines. If you are approved, Anaheim Public Utilities will work with LIHEAP to make sure your home receives continued water and electrical service while you await assistance payment.
