You are in invited to participate in a (time- and money-saving) program available only to apartment owners with more than four rental units.
As a participant in this program, you do not need to call us to connect or disconnect utility services in your apartment units as tenants move in or out. Utility services would automatically revert to you when your tenants disconnect their utility service. This will save you time and assure you that electricity is available immediately for cleaning and showing purposes.
In addition you pay only $2.50, instead of the standard $10.00, for the Service Establishment Fee charged for each service connection. As a new incentive to participate we have also discontinued the solid waste, sewer, and street sweeping charges for the first 30 days the account is active under the owner’s name. So you save money, too!
You and your authorized agents can then access all the information needed to conduct your business by visiting our website and clicking on Manage Your Account and conduct any transaction you would otherwise contact our office to do by using the web. This feature is only available to participating apartment owners. Once you are signed up to join the Participating Apartment Owner Program, you will receive a welcome letter with instructions on how to access your account online.
If you would like to participate in this program, please download the agreement. The form must be signed by the apartment owner. Managers or other individuals authorized to act on behalf of the owner must also be listed on the agreement. Please return the completed agreement to:
