    Fun on Wheels Mobile Recreation Program is a free drop- in program designed to bring recreation and other resources into the neighborhoods for children, ages 5-18. The program offers homework assistance, fitness fun, art enrichment, and resource materials. No registration is needed! All programs are closed on holidays and days of inclement weather. Children are encouraged to remain at the program location, but are free to come and go at any time. The staff are not responsible for children who choose to leave the program location.

    Families with children ages 4 and under are invited to drop in anytime between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This program emphasizes playing. What is play important? Playing is important because it develop's a child intellectual, social, emotional and physical abilities. Children will build on their language sharing and problem solving skills during this playtime. Attending this program will better prepare your child for kindergarten!

    Maneje su estrés – entienda el impacto físico y mental que puede causar el estrés y aprenda estrategias positivas para manejar los efectos tóxicos del estrés. Este taller explorara las cosas de la vida diaria que pueden causar estrés e introducirá técnicas para manejar el estrés. Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de evaluar su nivel de estrés y examinaran su estilo para el manejo de estrés. Aprenda cuales métodos son saludables para controlar el estrés y cuales pueden dañar su salud física y mental. Después del taller, los participantes tendrán un mejor conocimiento de cómo manejar el estrés de una forma saludable.
