This workshop compares two different mindsets when it comes to transitions in life: fixed mindset vs. growth mindset. Participants will learn the difference between these two mindsets, and will understand the benefits of training your brain to shift toward a growth perspective when facing change. Participants will examine past changes and identify successes and barriers in how they were able to cope with these transitions. Participants will be encouraged to shift their thinking, viewing change as an opportunity for growth rather than something to be feared.
