Trauma Intervention Program Training

TRAUMA INTERVENTION PROGRAMS, INC. (TIP) is looking for caring people willing to be part of a team of citizen volunteers trained to provide emotional and practical support to the victims of traumatic events. No experience is necessary. These modern-day Good Samaritans will be called to emergency scenes by emergency response personnel

55 hours of training is required training dates are:
Feb 21, Information night
Feb. 22, 23, & 24;
Feb. 26
Feb. 28
March 1, 2, & 3

Festival of Hearts

The elegant Hilton Costa Mesa, the venue for the event, is located at 3050 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. This lunch and learn will feature guest speaker Debbie Loucks, the daughter of the world renowned trainer of champion horses and “Man Who Listens to Horses,” Monty Roberts. Debbie Loucks, along with her husband, will be speaking on the innovative approaches to holistic healing and the message of non-violence. APAC Gala: Inspire Change: A Bow-Tie Affair

@ Cook Auditorium, 811 West Lincoln Ave

APAC Gala fundraiser featuring Broadway and Disney performers, a "So You Think You Can Dance" finalist, AHS Alumni, and current AHS performing arts students. In honor and memory of Michael Solis, our AHS assistant principal who was a great support of APAC and a mentor and an inspiration to countless AHS students. A slide show tribute to Mr. Solis will be featured during the evening and glasses and bow ties will be sold to support the Fuerte Solis scholarship fund. All other proceeds support the performing arts conservatory. The gala event will start with hor d'oeuvres and drinks with a silent auction at 6pm followed by a stage performance in the theater at 8pm. APAC and the performing arts booster are co-producing this event.

COST: VIP- $25, $15 general admission, Show only: $10
