The Hotel Circle Specific Plan (HCSP) was adopted in 1994, encompasses approximately 6.8 acres of The Anaheim Resort and provides for the development of a total of 969 hotel rooms. The properties within this specific plan area are built out with hotels that were either pre-existing or constructed after adoption of the specific plan.
