Refund Policies


Requests for RECREATION & YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM CLASSES must be made in writing and returned to our office by one of the following methods:

Refund request for RECREATION & YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM CLASSES (classes meet 3 or more times are as follow):

  1. Requests for refunds made within 5 days or less before the first day of class meeting are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
  2. Requests for refunds made 24 hours or less to the first class meeting are subject to a 15% withdrawal fee.
  3. Refunds will not be granted after second class meeting. Refunds must be requested prior to the start of the second class meeting.   

Refund request for RECREATION WORKSHOPS (classes meet 1 or 2 times are as follow):

  1. Requests for refunds made within 5 days or less before the workshop begins are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
  2. Requests for refunds made 24 hours or less prior to when the workshop begins are subject to a 15% withdrawal fee.
  3. Refunds will not be granted after the workshop begins.

Refund request for CAMPVENTURE

Refund requests will be granted only if in writing and received 7 days prior to the first day of camp.
*Refund request received less than 7 days prior to camp may be honored if the camp has a waiting list.

Refund request for O.A.K.S. Day Camp, Adult Sports Leagues, and Pearson Park Amphitheater are subject to different refund policies; please see individual program pages for details.
