Online: Visit the California Online Voter Registration website and complete the online application. To register online you will need:
- Your California driver license or California identification card number
- The last four (4) digits of your Social Security number
- Your date of birth
By mail: Obtain a registration form from the City Clerk’s office, post office, libraries, Orange County Registrar of Voters, or DMV. It is important that your voter registration application be filled out completely and be postmarked or hand-delivered to the Orange County Registrar of Voters at least 15 days before the election. Complete, sign, and mail the original form to the following address:

Vote Centers mean more voting options for voters - vote centers will be open for voting and registration for up to 4 days prior to election day and voters will have the opportunity to cast their ballot at any vote center throughout Orange County. Also, with this new voting model, all voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot in the mail prior to the election. Learn more
