Floor Plan Submittal Info for trade shows, general sessions banquets & breakout sessions.
We have provided requirements that are site specific for the following venues: Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Marriott Hotel, Disneyland Resort Hotels, Anaheim Hilton Hotel & Glover Stadium.
If you are an exhibitor in a trade show, please review our Exhibitor & Event Info for general information and items that require a permit. For companies that are licensed through the California State Fire Marshal's Office for flame treatment of drapes, curtains or decorative material, we have provided a Flame Retardant Applicators List.
Special Events
For a list of all events or activities that require a permit, please refer to our Event Permit Application. We have provided permit instruction for Tents, Carnivals/Outdoor Festivals, Live Christmas Trees in Public Buildings, Christmas Tree & Pumpkin Lots, and the use of Candles for banquets, weddings and religious ceremonies.
The use of fireworks, sparklers, bottle sparklers, special effects, including Sparkular, or cold spark devices requires a permit from Anaheim Fire & Rescue.
