In support of National Drive Electric Week, Anaheim Public Utilities is inviting electric vehicle drivers to participate in our annual We Drive EVs video contest. Electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid owners will submit a short video telling us the best part of going electric. Videos submitted will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a gift card to a local retailer, and one grand prize winner will receive an eBike. Funding comes from a state program that promotes emission-free transportation, so there is no impact on local rates.
Official Rules:
The video theme is "Best part of owning an EV."
Entries must be on video and demonstrate the theme and importance of electric vehicle ownership.
Videos should not exceed 30 seconds and must be submitted in mp4 or mov formats.
Participants must and submit a video authorization form in pdf format.
One grand prize per contest.

Eligibility:
Anaheim residents with an active Anaheim Public Utilities account, who are at least 18 years old, and own, lease, or drive an electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid are eligible to participate (proof of eligibility may be required). Limit one submission per account. City of Anaheim employees are ineligible. The winning video will be announced on October 5, 2021.
All rules and specifications MUST be followed in order for the video to qualify for judging by Anaheim Public Utilities.
