Internet Access Rebate & Income Qualified Programs
Thank you for your interest in the Internet Access Rebate Program. As part of the approval process, residents living in the City of Anaheim must be enrolled in at least one Anaheim Public Utilities income qualified programs, which include the Income Qualified Discount Program for Seniors, Long-Term Disabled or Military Veterans and the Green Power Discount Program.
*Please note, the Green Power Discount Program is currently at capacity. We encourage you to still apply to be put on a waiting list. Customers on the waitlist are STILL eligible to be approved for the Internet Access Rebate.
Once program capacity is available, you will be placed on the program to receive the discount.
To help you sign up for one of these Income Qualified Programs, we have provided a program description of each below. Once you apply, you will receive a letter confirming you have been approved within 2 to 3 weeks. Please note, depending on demand, we may provide confirmation as soon as one week. Once you receive this approval, please feel free to return to this site to apply for the Internet Access Rebate program.
Utilities Discount Program
Senior, Long-Term Disabled, or Military Veteran Customers
Customers who are 62 years of age or older, have a long-term disability, or are military veterans, and meet the following income guidelines can receive a 10% credit on the electric and water portions of their Anaheim Public Utilities bill.
Green Power Discount Program
Program Overview
Participating customers will receive a billing discount of $10 on their monthly bills.
The Green Power discount shall be allocated to Program participants for a period not to exceed six (6) months ("Participation Period"). Customers will automatically be removed from the Program at the end of the Participation Period; however, customers may reapply for the Program one-year from initial participation to participate in another Participation Period. Priority will be given to first time program participants. Please note participants must be a residential electric customer or sub-metered master meter customer.
