Passport Services for the City of Anaheim are by appointment, walk in services are not available.

To book an appointment, select an available date and time for an appointment for Passport Services. Each appointment requested is for one applicant. Complete additional appointments individually for multiple applicants as needed. For additional assistance, please call 714-765-4540.

Please note - appointments can only be booked up to 45 days in advance.
