Improve Reliability of Electric System by upgrading overhead transformers

Many  overhead transformers are in hard-to-reach residential backyards, which due to access issues, can delay their replacement and electric service restoration to our customers, in case a power outage occurs. The program’s goal is to prioritize 1000+ overhead transformers for replacement over the next 5 years.
