Compassion is the feeling or emotion of being moved by the suffering or distress of another, and by the desire to relieve it. Do you treat yourself like you would treat your best friend? This is self-compassion. In this introduction to mindfulness and self-compassion participants will learn about the positive benefits and importance of self-compassion.
