On Saturday May 23, 2015, 155 Anaheim Police Department Cops 4 Kids Jr. Cadets journeyed to Riverside National Cemetery to participate in “A Flag for Ever Hero.” Started by APD Sergeant Brennan Leininger, “A Flag for Ever Hero” aims to place an American Flag on each gravesite at the cemetery. Our Jr. Cadets did an amazing job honoring America’s soldiers and planted more than 10,000 of the 225,000 flags that were placed in the cemetery that day.
