ANAHEIM, Calif. (Sept. 20, 2021) — With the state eviction moratorium expiring at the end of the month, we know many struggling renters may be worried.

But we're here to help. We have reopened our tenant application site for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

If you're a low-income renter who has been struggling to pay rent due to COVID-19 impacts, you can get 100 percent of your back rent paid off.

Both tenants and landlords can now initiate an application for this program. Both will ultimately need to be involved in the process, but now either can get the ball rolling.
