Anaheim Sister City Commission Student Chaperone Application

  1. The Anaheim Sister City Commission will be sending approximately six high school students to Mito, Japan as a part of a cultural student exchange in Summer 2019. This experience usually takes place the end of June and the beginning of July.

    The students will need to be chaperoned by a responsible member of the Anaheim community. Flight and ground transportation will be covered by the Anaheim Sister City Commission and a stipend may also be provided toward the cost of lodging. Chaperones will be expected to cover any additional travel expenses they may incur. Chaperons are also required to attend all required meetings regarding the Outbound Exchange and help create a memory book of the trip with the students.

    Those interested in applying to be a chaperone must complete the below information, attach a copy of their resume, and include three references to Lori Dinwiddie at by February 1, 2019.
